The STAY WYSE Hostel Conference brings together the leading buyers, sellers and service providers involved in the youth travel accommodation sector for two days of trading, collaboration, learning and networking.

Join us on 4-5 February 2026 at Millenáris, Fogadó, Building G in Budapest, Hungary for a programme packed with opportunities to forge new partnerships and be inspired by what’s next in youth travel accommodation.

Exhibition

Showcase your organisation and its products or services with an exhibition booth. You will also be able to host your business appointments in your own branded space and benefit from passing delegates.

  • Waste bin
  • Tables and chairs:
    • 4m2: 1 table and 4 chairs
    • 6m2: 1 table and 4 chairs
    • 8m2: 2 tables and 6 chairs
    • 10m2: 2 tables and 8 chairs
    • 12m2: 2 tables and 9 chairs

Branding options

We recommend branding the panels of your shell scheme booth with a full-color design. Printing is done per panel on adhesive vinyl fabric. Below you are able to choose between full branding (backwall and 2 side walls) or backwall only. Instructions for submitting artwork and the exact printing measurements will be included in the Exhibitor Guide which will be available in December. 
 
Once you have selected a booth type in the previous section, the corresponding branding options will appear below. The rates listed below exclude VAT. A 27% Hungarian VAT will be added.
