The STAY WYSE Hostel Conference brings together the leading buyers, sellers and service providers involved in the youth travel accommodation sector for two days of trading, collaboration, learning and networking. Join us on 4-5 February 2025 at Croke Park Stadium in Dublin, Ireland for a programme packed with opportunities to forge new partnerships and be inspired by what’s next in youth travel accommodation.

To register for STAY WYSE 2025

• Fill in your email and password and click “Next”.
• Provide additional information required for your profile.
• Review and submit your details.

To amend your STAY WYSE 2025 registration

Once you have fully registered, if you need to amend your details:

• Click the tab "Sign in with your existing account".

And your registration will be available to be amended.

Showcase your organisation and its products or services with an exhibition booth. You will also be able to host your business appointments in your own branded space and benefit from passing delegates.

Your exhibition space includes the following

  • Lighting and electricity
  • Waste bin
  • Tables and chairs:
    • 4m2: 1 table and 4 chairs
    • 6m2: 1 table and 4 chairs
    • 8m2: 2 tables and 8 chairs
    • 10m2: 2 tables and 8 chairs
    • 12m2: 2 tables and 8 chairs

You can customise your booth with branding, LED TV monitor, lockable counter and/or brochure rack: information will be available shortly.

Rates are excluding VAT. VAT regulations for booths vary depending on your package and country, and will be applied as set out here.
